E-Planning Analyst

Your core focus is to ensure smooth and seamless E-commerce operations helping different parts of E-commerce machinery to work in tandem and seamlessly work with other parts of internal organization.
Your key responsibility is to ensure company meets its Sell In & Sell Out goals through data driven decisions ensuring Master Plan is coordinated, accurate and visible.

Job description:

• Be an active member of E-commerce team, demonstrating ‘growth hacking’ and ‘resourceful’ mindset.
• Take an analytical and evidence-led approach to E-Planning; own demand forecasting process and represent E-commerce in Demand planning forums; maintain forward forecast by Brand / Brand Segment at SKU level
• Lead automation task like for daily sales, ROI Library, GMV Reporting with data & insights for E-commerce team, to take quick actions for business growth.
• Operationalize granular and summarize scorecards that ensure visibility and transparency to various performance KPIs.
• Liaison with Finance for P&L related processes such as spend forecasting, accruals, claims etc.
• Responsible to source, distribute & analyze the impact of Gift with Packs, maintaining desired mix of GWP and Base portfolio.
• Provide Actionable Insights to BDMs based on Data and Insights based on Data.
• Engage multiple internal touch points, particularly Trade Marketing and Supply Services to give desired visibility of E-commerce operation and get support for overdriving E-Com Business.
• Work with Supply and external partners for any physical bundling & embellishment requirements, maintaining desired mix of Bundle and Base portfolio.
• Work on New GTM channels Reporting & P&L reporting. Closely monitoring the Assortment Mix, Spending Analysis & Trends to give insights for taking corrective actions to optimize sales and gross margin.

Qualifications:

• Degree qualified or equivalent in a business-related discipline preferred
• Experience of working with dominant eCommerce player in the market is an added advantage
• Must be a proactive self-starter with can-do attitude; demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit;
• Strong analytical and data mining aptitude; ability to use data to develop and support decisions
• Command over Data & Insights tools, particularly Excel
