วันนี้ - คุณสมบัติพื้นฐาน - งานประจำ- 3 - 10 ปี- กรุงเทพและปริมณฑล- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า- 40,000 - 80,000 บาท/เดือน- หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ As part of the digital transformation strategy, the Corporate Innovation team, CEOs office is looking to bring on an Accelerator Manager - AgriTech & OperatingTech, AI, SustainTech who will be working closely with BU executives and other stakeholders in order to drive and delivery digital innovation projects which involve bringing in latest agriculture and operating technology solutions from global startups, tech companies, and universities to solve and improve business challenges and operations across the organization - Work closely with BUs to understand each BU business models and identify business challenges, obstacles, and any potential new business opportunities - Make recommendations to and manage expectations of external and internal stakeholders in a partnership project to ensure all parties understand the purpose and objective of the project - Scout and screen agriculture and operating technology solutions across global eco-system which may involve planning and organizing an innovation challenge or a hackathon in order to find most suitable solutions to be adopted within the organization - Drive and manage a partnership project between external (startups, tech companies, universities) and internal stakeholders which may involve cross-functional BUs to ensure the success of the project - Set target and demonstrate business impacts from implementing a technology solution throughout POC, Pilot and Launch stages - Establish and maintain strong relationships with global accelerators, startups, universities, and industry professionals - Support and develop a strong innovation culture within the organization คุณสมบัติ - 3+ years of proven record in managing and delivering digital innovation projects as a project manager (PM) or a program manager (PMO) - 3+ years of experience working with startups, accelerators, or innovation team - University degree, work-related experience, or knowledge on engineering, agriculture, food science and related. - Fluent in Thai and English - Must have strong verbal and written communication skills - Must have strong relationship and management skills - Advanced MS office: especially PowerPoint and some advanced excel - Like challenges, working in a team and embraces change in a new environment. ดูคุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม - สวัสดิการ - Life insurance - การฝึกอบรมและพัฒนาพนักงาน - ทำงานสัปดาห์ละ 5 วัน - ประกันสังคม - ประกันสุขภาพ - ประกันอุบัติเหตุ - โบนัสประจำปี ดูสวัสดิการเพิ่มเติม
