Are you good at building strong customer relationships? Then you might be our new Account Manager within Danfoss Power Solutions. Danfoss Power Solution is a leader in the mobile and industrial fluid power industries with components that is commonly used in the construction & mining, oil & gas and marine, agricultural, discrete manufacturing and processing industries. Building customer loyalty is core to our strategy. Establishing solid relationships, you set the standard for going beyond the ordinary within sales & marketing. Bringing in your extensive knowledge and experience, you will work towards sustaining Danfoss Power Solutions market position and achieve financial growth (sales & margin target) also develop market penetration/ expansion that support strategic plan for growth within a designated business area and territories. **Responsibilities**: Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. - Determine annual business plan, sales & marketing strategies of Danfoss Power Solutions and organize regular business review for each assigned distribution sales channels. Identify area development with actions plan to ensure assigned distribution sales channels meet or exceed business plan target - Consistent engagement with assigned distribution sales channel to expand wallet share through new products, new synergy development ex. Product launching, training, sales, and marketing events - Establishing strong and healthy relationship with different stakeholders in existing accounts to increase sales and customer satisfaction & loyally to Danfoss Power Solutions - Provide essential support on sales and marketing activities such as price inquiries, technical inquiries, new products update, exhibitions, seminars, and roadshows - Support customers complaints, claims on products and services by coordinate with related business unit and functions area to ensure highest degree of premier customers services - Liaise effectively with Divisions, Functional Areas, Business Units, Departments in Danfoss Power Distributions and support cross selling activities with other business segments (Danfoss Climate Solutions and Danfoss Drives Solutions) - Responsible for market outgrowth through prospecting new customers, new opportunities, update potential opportunities, accounts information in CRM systems - Submits an accurate reports/ documents on assign takes on-time - Other responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor and/ or 2nd Level Manager **Background & Skills**: - Bachelors degree or higher education in Engineering or relevant years of industry experience - Minimum 8 years of working experience in Technical Sales of Hydraulics Components, Hydraulics Systems, or relevant products in relevant industries - Minimum 3 years of working experience in manage distribution sales channel and/ or OEM sales channel - Good knowledge of key industries such as Agriculture, Construction & Mining, Oil & Gas, Discrete Manufacturing (ex. Plastics Injection Machines, Press Machines, Automotive), Processing (ex. Steel Mills, Pulp & Paper, Sugar Mills, Cement Mills) - Self-motivated, self-starter, energetic, quick learner, determined, result driven with good attitude and good service mind - Excellent presentation skills at all levels with B2B and internal colleagues - Fluent in English reading, writing & speaking - Ability to work as a team or working independently under pressure and can work in cross culture, multiple diverse nationalities in matrix communications environment **Danfoss - Engineering Tomorrow**: At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
