They will discover a transparent, efficient and reliable business partner. **Job Description**: **Account Manager** is responsible to create synergy and smooth working planning between our team and clients teams. Her/his role is relevant to build up a strong and efficient client service relationship. You will be in charge to manage international and local accounts of brands (consumer goods, food & beverage, healthcare, utilities, and more) that has chosen MOST 2414 as digital marketing, social media, strategic planning and/or e-commerce agency partner. **What you will do**: - Develop a full understanding of clients business and objectives, and understand skills and expertises that we can be the difference - Work with agency team, suppliers, partners throughout the project development, implementation and optimization - Manage a team of 1-4 persons for each project - Project Management: monitor the process workflow, such as timeframe, deadlines, budgeting, performance, clients expectations, and fellow team members requests - Business Development: identify and target sales qualified leads - Pitch Process: elaborate proposal presentations for agency pitches and new business development opportunities - Analytics: understanding the performance data of the campaigns and present to clients - Understand market trends and insights, and socio-cultural landscape in order to better represent and advocate our projects direction - Report to Client Service Director and Managing Director **Qualifications**: **Who you are**: - Thai nationality only are selected (no work permits are provided) - Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar - Minimum 2 years experience in positions as Account Executive, Account Manager or Project Manager in advertising agencies or digital marketing agencies - Professional knowledge in social media marketing, search and display advertising, influencer marketing, creative content production, strategic media planning, digital PR, SEO - Experience in e-commerce is a plus - Excellent in Google Workspace tools (Data Studio is a plus) - Good communicator, able to communicate details simply - Team player, who enjoys working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment - Customer-oriented attitude - Highly self-motivated, able to work independently and in team - Fluent in Thai and English (written and spoken) Additional Information - Hybrid WFA 60/40 policy (approximately 2 days per week at the office) - Casual and professional startup environment - Grow career opportunities - Opportunity to build a personal track-record portfolio
