Accountant and Admin Officer

Responsibilities:

1. Mastering the Books (5-8 Companies):

  • Skillfully manage the full set of accounts for diverse businesses in Thailand and abroad.

  • Maintain a database for all accounting and related documents.

  • Create monthly management/financial reports, encompassing profit & loss statements and balance sheets.

  • Generate weekly/monthly cash-flow reports.

  • Prepare ad-hoc accounting/analysis reports.

  • Collaborate with auditors for yearly auditing and taxation procedures.

  • Handle the end-to-end process of preparing sales invoices and diligently follow up on payments.

  • Prepare and handle all documents necessary for Thai tax filing for the company and the employees.

  • Prepare monthly tax filing

2. Efficient Payment Handling:

  • Prepare payments for supervisors approval, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Address and resolve claims from both clients and suppliers regarding any payment issues.

3. Staff Management and Reporting:

  • Manage the monthly payroll process with attention to detail.

  • Contribute to the monthly reporting and ensure the completion of the employers return yearly reporting.

4. Administrative tasks:

  • Assist team with data entry into software

  • Assist office with day to day tasks (pantry, communication with juristic office, ...)

  • Assist for data entry into CRM software

  • Assist in sales and business KPI analysis

Your profile should look like this:

  • Holds an Accounting/Finance Degree or equivalent qualification.

  • Brings a minimum of 1 years of robust accounting experience to the table.

  • Good knowledge of Excel, and proficiency in other accounting software preferred (Zoho)

  • Working proficiency in English

  • Embodies self-motivation, responsibility, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.

  • Showcases excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
