Human by nature. **Application Technologist (Dairy and Sweet Goods) for Indochina - your future position?** As an Application Technologist at Givaudan, you will be our internal food expert and part of the Flavour Application(Beverages, Dairy & Sweet Goods) Sound interesting? As Application Technologist, your responsibilities include Evaluation and selection of flavours: - Prepare the prototypes and samples for customer presentations and capability demonstrations - Support customers in terms of recipe development, process suggestion and troubleshooting for production trials. - Proactively monitor flavour performance and stability. - Translate market trends into new product concepts and developments. Innovation - Help develop and implement new technologies by working with ASEAN regional team. - Support marketing initiatives, and train our commercial force and customers on our new capabilities. Maintain systems - Maintain the performance data for the flavour portfolio by evaluating finished products and capturing profiles. - Order raw materials and ensure in-house stock is available for all lab activities. Prioritize safety - Maintain a safe, clean, and organised lab environment following Givaudan safety policies and hold others accountable for following these guidelines. **You?** Are you someone whowants togrow and shape your own world? Your professional profile includes: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Food Science, Food Technology or related fields. - Experience in industrial product development and leading customer projects will be needed. - Have a passion and interest in new flavours and foods with well-developed tasting skills. - Have excellent project management skills. - A good awareness of market trends. - Oral and written proficiency in the English language. - A team player and comfortable with diversity.
