JOB DETAIL
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals. - Team Leadership: Assist in managing and motivating the sales team, ensuring they are aligned with our sales objectives and providing guidance and support as needed. - Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery. - Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our copper magnet wire products, manufacturing processes, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to clients. - Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and potential threats. - Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for the Sales Manager and senior leadership, highlighting performance metrics and suggesting strategies for improvement. - Issue Resolution: Handle escalated customer inquiries and complex issues, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related (even non-related) field. - Proven experience in sales, with a preference for candidates with prior experience in any kind of industrial manufacturing industry. - Experienced in managing subordinates - Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes. - Occasional travel may be required to meet with clients or attend industry events. - Flexibility in working hours to accommodate international clients or different time zones.
