Associate - A&t (Thailand)

**TMF Group in Thailand is currently looking for an Associate to join its Accounting team.** **Job Position: Associate** (Client Services) Subtitle (APAC - full time - Bangkok) **Job Purpose**: **Key Responsibilities**: - Work on reconciliation and resolve payment discrepancies or refund cases with an analytical mindset - Actively follow-up with cross-functional teams regarding the queries and cases - Prepare an excel report for processing refund - Be a contact point for commercial teams for billing, payment, and reconciliation matters with timely and professional communication - Identify process and policy improvements - Others as assigned **Key Requirements**: - Bachelors in Accounting and Finance or related fields - Minimum 2-3 year working experience in finance operations/client-facing jobs especially online platform business. - Strong communication skill, service-minded, and sense of urgency - Good command of English - Proficient in MS Excel skills - Audit background is preferred - Able to work under pressure **Working at TMF Group offers**: - **Value-driven work environment**: you can expect integrity and respect from all your colleagues and your leadership team. - **Teamwork**:an environment where we learn from our mistakes and work together to improve our processes continuously.
