Location: **Thailand** - Department: Supply Chain & Logistics- Location: Thailand- Team and Role Introduction: **Responsibilities**: - Monitors and analyses KPIs (and KPI failure), provides recommendations based on analysis and facilitates KPI tracking and improvement - / implementation of corrective action through close collaboration with site managers. - Develops improved methodologies for data analysis and reporting, which can further improve the effectiveness of operational processes. - Takes active role in implementations in project management, procedure development, and KPI development and generation. - Supports site management and Managers to drive specific improvement projects by providing analytical support, information as well as recommendations. - Develops problem solutions by describing requirements in a work-flowchart and diagram; studying system capabilities; analyzing alternative solutions; preparing the tools. - Provides detailed presentations to management as required to update on ongoing projects and initiatives. - Shares best practices and improvement suggestions among Analyst group and provides improvement suggestions to any operation or project in a proactive manner. - Collaborate with Training Team to review performance of all department to ensure that process and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed - Participate in regular meetings with related functions, sets agendas, Investigate Internal process with all dept. **Job Requirements** - Requirements: - Bachelor degree in Logistics, Business, Supply Chain, or related field. - Minimum 2-3 years Supervisor role of experience in logistic or in similar occupation. - Knowledge of general Logistics concepts. - Good communicator, structured and strong of proposal. - Good organizational skills - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Initiative, dynamism and responsibility - Managerial skills - Business level English and Thai language skills - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to communicate to employees of various functions and positions effectively - Emotional intelligence and open-mindset.
