Associate, Influencer Affiliate Incubation

Location: **Thailand** - Department: Marketing & Communications-User Growth & Performance Marketing- Location: Thailand- We are looking for a Partner Incubation Sub-Team Lead to manage new sign up influencers. This role will play a key role in the companys growth and user acquisition strategy through incubating and training influencers in Affiliate program. You will develop and fine-tune influencer strategies to incubate mass influencers and make them become a key promoter of Lazada. Also, you will build a framework of operation & communication process to operate and support business effectively. The role will be reported to the Affiliate Acquisition Lead and collaborate closely with internal team, campaigns, content, and commercial to accelerate our affiliate business to the next level. - Key Responsibilities: - Lead incubation team to collaborate with influencers and grow Influencer network in Thailand - Daily communicate and conduct business meeting with influencers on their progress, provide Affiliate marketing guidance and resolve business issues with partners in a timely and effective manner. - Help partners identify opportunities for growth within their industry or sector, such as identifying new market for products or services. - Design always-on programs and strategy to nurture influencers and ensure they become active partner including incentive scheme, video & webinars training, and offline/online event - Set key indicators, track, measure, and critically analyze campaign for activation and content performance at every touchpoint - Keep on top of industry trends, influencer and content creator channels, industry best practices and relevant campaigns to develop incubation programs **Job Requirements** - Qualifications: - Min. 3-4 years of working experience with a bachelors degree in business/marketing/economics or related fields - Influencer marketing and growth marketing background, with established prior relationships with Influencer or content creators is a plus - Strong understanding of social media platforms and passionate about new media digital content, and trends is required - Leadership experience, and/or experience managing individual contributors, including development, training, and motivation is desired - Sharp critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and strong communication skills; able to break boundaries and execute to the last mile - Highly detail-oriented, ensuring highest standards of quality of all marketing and communication materials - Eagerness to make an impact at what you do, highly motivated and proactive - Excellent written & spoken Thai & English is a must
