BA+PM

Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable data engineering specifications.

• Work closely with data engineers to design, test, and implement data pipelines and architectures and use the basic SQL scripts.

• Develop and maintain documentation for data processes, workflows, and systems, tools such as JIRA confluence etc.

• Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment.

• Support planning and coordination of data-related projects including timeline, scope, and resource alignment.

• Track project progress, identify risks, and propose solutions to ensure timely delivery.

• Organize and lead meetings with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to review progress and resolve blockers.

• Maintain project tracking tools and reports for status updates.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on data or digital projects.

• Strong knowledge of data processes and ability to work with data engineering teams.

• Proficiency in SQL for data validation, extraction, and basic analysis.

• Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management/documentation platforms.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams.

• Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Certifications such as PMP, CBAP, or Agile/Scrum are a plus.

• Good command of written and spoken English.
