**POSITION SNAPSHOT** Location: Bangkok Company: Nestlé Business Unit/Division: Nespresso Full-time 5+ years of direct experience in team and store management from retail industry Good English and Thai communication is a must **A DAY IN THE LIFE...** - Manage manpower planning to ensure optimal operational execution and service delivery. - Drive bottom-up sales forecast and accuracy based on weekly and monthly reporting and analysis. - Responsible for optimal use of resources and cost control in relation to Boutique sales. - Coach and develop the Boutique team to deliver best in class customer service and sales performance. - Ensure compliance in safety, health and operational standards (according to global guideline) in the Boutique. - Constantly reviewing ways of improvement to maximize conversion of prospects into members and drive loyalty with distinctive customer experience in the Boutique. **AER YOU A FIT?** - Min. 5-7 years of experience in Retail Management position. - Experience in team management and developing talent. - Experience in direct customer sales of premium products and services. - Proven track record of developing sales and strong customer relationships. - Good command of both written and spoken English.
