If you are business savvy with financial services industry experience and have a strong background in financial analysis and forecasting necessary to support the Business Development function, you should apply! **What a Business Development Analyst does at Visa**: In this role, you are expected to: - Provide the Business Development team, functional units and the management with a clear picture of current business performance and progress towards targets by preparing reports and dashboards - Develop a comprehensive understanding of Visas business, products/services, and corporate processes. - Acquire a solid understanding of portfolio clients and support the development of performance management tools. - Assume the role of a single point-of-contact in managing and tracking all cross-border activities and work with the in-country Business Development and functional teams to ensure goal alignment and provide execution on all initiatives to achieve country goals - Monitor product budget reporting associated with product platforms, and ensure budget is fully optimized while proper processes are followed, and initiatives are delivered on time within the agreed budget - Support the Sales team on delivering core projects and portfolio optimization strategies for key clients - Support the execution of the countrys Business Plans and ensure initiatives, budget and KPIs are consistently met **Why this is important to Visa** This is an exciting role that will provide strategic and critical support to key functions, which include the Business Development team. You may also work closely with other core functions in Visa such as the Merchant Solutions & Acquiring and Marketing teams to identify areas of opportunity and growth. **Projects you will be a part of**: As part of the team, you will get opportunity to work on strategically important projects for clients. - As a key member of the Business Development team, you will provide the Management team with key inputs for decision-making and business performance: timely and efficient management of client sales processes, internal procurement processes and execution of identified functional plans and Visa events - You will develop and maintain effective processes and record keeping measures to accurately track business performance, associated revenues and tracking of deal performance and forecasting of deal incentives; and provide support for business financial planning - Support the Business Development team on end-to-end partnership deal approval and client contract execution processes Qualifications** What you will need**: - Degree in Business Management (or similar) - Minimum 3 - 5 years Retail Banking, Cards or Consumer Financial Services experience is an advantage - Proficient in English and Thai (strong in verbal and written communication) - Excellent sales, account management, presentation, and strategic planning skills - Strong interpersonal with the ability to interact with several teams simultaneously - Good time management skills - Detailed and numbers oriented - Possess an analytical mind - be able to analyze situations and offer solution to common problems. - Able to work on own initiative and independently - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint **What will also help**: - Good understanding of Visa Products and services is a plus - Strong appreciation of technology and trends Additional Information Visa has adopted a COVID-19 vaccination policy.
