Business Development Officer

**Business Development Officer** **Duties**: - Build existing and develop new business relationships - Create, monitor, and report on key performance metrics to determine effectiveness of sales efforts and anticipate customer needs - Work with sales teams to identify, develop, and articulate new business opportunities - Identify and communicate sales opportunities throughout the organization - Provide support to sales teams and individuals by preparing reports and presentations - Assist with special projects and tasks as requested **Responsibilities**: - Drive sales activity through business development efforts with companies or individuals - Identify opportunities, research their requirements, conduct primary research, present proposals, negotiate deals, and close deals - Coordinate activities with other departments such as Project Management and Finance - Develop and implement strategic business plan to achieve revenue growth and margin expansion - Keep abreast of market trends and competitive activities, maintain current knowledge of construction and contracting industry - Assist with rent analysis, rent reviews, and lease renewals - Utilize all business tools and systems, including but not limited to, Procore, CRM, Salesforce, and MailChimp - Maintain accurate and up-to-date personal contact information on prospects, clients, and accounts - Work to make business development efforts efficient and cost-effective - Work closely with the companys existing customers to develop long-term relationships - (Requires:) 5+ years of relevant professional experience **Requirements And Skills**: - Proven sales experience from independent contractor, sales representative or distributor background - Bachelors or Masters degree - Ability to negotiate and collaborate with others in a positive manner - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Strong computer skills - Great time management - Strong decision making skills **Salary**: ฿25,000.00 - ฿40,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: - ภูเก็ต: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
