We are a remote-first company, which means that while we frequently get together in person as a team (in Bangkok / Thailand), we meet and work together remotely the majority of the time. **What is the opportunity for you?** "Business Growth & Digital Marketing Consulting Trainee" is the fast-lane program to become an expert at business, communication and digital marketing. The position is based on the core beliefs that consultants are not defined by titles, years of experience, or resumes, but by their ability to help businesses grow. In this job you will be working directly with 100s of business owners of all sizes, which is a great way to absorb the mindset(s) of successful people. You will be working independently and autonomously on your projects, while having access to our high-performing digital marketing team. Youll be closely working with the core leadership team including founders and CEO, as you are responsible for driving core KPIs of the business. **We will teach you how to and/or nurture existing skills to**: - Strongly manage yourself and become an expert communicator (specifically how to understand business owners and how to educate them on how to be successful at digital marketing) - Deeply understand different business stages & needs (specifically understand that businesses have different needs based on their business stage and to be able to prescribe the right solutions accordingly) - Deeply understand the digital marketing landscape (specifically how to use digital marketing to grow revenue and scale business success) **How we do it**: - You will be the first touchpoint between the agency and potential new clients, by mainly responding to incoming sales leads and understanding their business needs together with identifying more businesses and proactively reaching out to potential clients. You will then work closely with more experienced consultants on the right solution. In most cases, we recommend businesses a different solution, together with educating them as needed.
