วันที่: 4 มี.ค. 2565 ตำแหน่งที่ตั้ง: กรุงเทพมหานคร, ไทย บริษัท: ธนาคารเกียรตินาคินภัทร จำกัด (มหาชน) **Job Summary**: Strategic Planning** **role is responsible for Consumer Finances strategy formulation and execution and end to end product management which includes develop products and campaign to drive sales volume thru various distribution channel, own End-to-End process and ensure regulatory compliance as well as customer experience throughout customer life cycle. **Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ**: - Consumer Finance Strategy formulation and implementation: products, channel and budget management. Manage given budget and drive sales volume through various acquisition channels. - Acquire and maintain partners relationship in order to grow portfolio. - Develop marketing campaign as well as marketing communication plan to effectively grow customers base and gain more market share. - Execute product development and marketing campaign from End-to-End process, covering coordinate with related stakeholders (Risk Management, Operations, Channels, Compliance) - Monitor and evaluate program result as well as competitive environment update - Ensure all products and marketing programs are comply with regulatory - Ensure the remarkable customer experience throughout customer journey **Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ**: - Bachelor/ Masters degree in Banking, Marketing, Business, Finance or related fields - At least 3-5 years of experiences, preferred Consumer Banking or Retail Marketing business - Outstanding team player and work well under pressure - A wide degree of creativity with analytical, interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skill - Can do attitude - Fluent in English **Specific knowledge and skill / ความรู้เฉพาะตำแหน่ง**:
