Cfo - Manufacturing

Our client is a floor decorating materials manufacturer. - Assisting executive management in business strategies, financial analysis and other relevant areas significant for decision-making. - Providing recommendations and strategic support to business leaders regards to investment strategies - Developing and implementing financial and accounting systems, procedures, processes to ensure effective, accurate and timely data. - Overseeing financial planning and accounting activities to drive performance and ensure the effectiveness of the system. - Ensuring cash flow is appropriate as well as keeping up-to-date of financial instruments knowledge. - Strengthening relationships with banks and other financial institutions to support the business. - Coordinating with auditor and external consultant on financial issues. - Ensuring the finance and accounting teams constantly improve and subordinates are coached for further development in their careers. **Qualifications** - Minimum with Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other related fields with solid working experience in Group company / Public company. - At least 10 years of experience in leading a big Accounting & Finance team in the Manufacturing industry. - Strong knowledge of Accounting Standard with up to date information and IPO. - Familiar with ERP accounting software. - Has CPA or CFA is preferable. - Good leadership and analytical skills, trustworthiness, highly responsible, positive attitude, active, teamwork skills.
