Client Services (Assistant Manager)

**Responsibilities**: - Respond to clients queries and execute transactions with reference to mutual fund from all channels. - Perform New Account Opening process including required AML FATCA process and ongoing monitoring for direct clients. - Promptly handle clients feedback and complaints according to companys guideline. - Co-ordinate, work with other related parties to resolve client problem in a timely and professional manner. - Responsible for all documentary and administrative tasks. - Support all sales teams on all documentary and administrative tasks. Qualifications: - Bachelors and Masters Degree in Business Administration preferred. - IC license is required. - 1-5 years working experience in Financial Institution. - Knowledge about mutual fund business - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and able to work well with people of all levels. - Keen on operation and high attention to details. - Decent English.
