Commercialization Manager
**Overview** - The overreaching role of Commercialization is to enable PepsiCo to accelerate growth by rapid development and flawless execution of ‘Fewer, Bigger, Better, faster innovation. - This role is reporting to Indochina Foods Commercialization Lead and requires: - Support the Innovation and Commercialization agenda across Indochina Foods BU, leading innovation projects E2E and driving cross-functional teams to deliver the launch and owning the Innovation systems data to ensure quality and reliable inputs and KPI reporting. **Responsibilities** **Indochina Foods Project Management agenda**: Lead the most important Innovation programs (Reframe) in the BU with an E2E approach, from idea generation through the commercial execution phase while ensuring proper alignment from stakeholders during the whole process. This include but not limited: - Lead cross-functional teams (Marketing, R&D, Insights, Finance, Supply Chain, Sales etc) alongside the whole process. - Managing scope, timeline, risks, contingencies, costs and acting as ‘single voice of truth in projects in managing stakeholders via providing impartial view of project status to drive effective decision making. - Lead regular cross-functional team project meetings. - Develop strong working relationships, lead without authority as a must. - Exhibit strong understanding of NPD and Innovation process to guide the team through ambiguous situations (grey areas). - Support to ensure documents are delivered on time and with quality for the monthly Stage Gate meetings, ensuring all functions and key players are aligned upfront. **Qualifications** - Bachelors degree in related fields - Minimum 7 years experience in Commercialization, Innovation, NPD, Project Management etc. - Understanding of FMCG industry, including consumer ideation and Insights processes through to Make/Move/Sell capability - Fluent and skillful in English (Must) - High level of business acumen must be commercially & technical savvy with strong analytical skills - Result-oriented with a high degree of personal initiative and leadership - can operate well with changes, ambiguity, and fast-paced cross-functional environment - Strong and effective communicator with people of all levels and functions in the organization (Vertical and Horizontal), able to function in a heavily matrixed. - Proven sufficiency and expertise in project management and Stage Gate process (agile methodologies desired as a plus), ability to manage complex functional interdependencies in project timelines. - Strength in data analysis and interpretation to develop business recommendations
