Job Description Contract Summary Section 1. Social Media & Content Posting and tweeting on clients Facebook and Twitter accounts Work closely with the Mailman team to ensure all platforms are on high traffic and engaging and that key events are expertly covered with high quality content Real time reporting on all games, regardless of time zones challenges, ensuring you have coordinating teams to cover the games if youre unable to meet the demand Create and/or publish engaging and shareable made-for - social content, whether planned and structured or quick and reactive Meet the needs of the client content framework, ensure team in our market is aware of the framework and we provide a balance of content Creating an engaging community, talking to fans, and being the main point of contact for all localized queries that come in via social media and/or other channels Execute weekly content calendar across all accounts Contribute new ideas in weekly content meeting Assist with production of editorial content on social media channels, and taking the lead for localized content Closely monitor all social media activity relating to the clients, its adjacent leagues, the sport, its teams, its players and staff Work with internal/external stakeholders to support social media activations, platforms and campaigns Develop relationships with key influencers to create a local network of people who can amplify client content - these could be bloggers, gamers, coaches, local teams & players Find interesting stories from KOLs network, helping them to create content and use this on the client channels where appropriate. Section 2. People Management Managed monthly budget in totality and optimised team structure to drive above 50% gross margin Management, recruitment of freelancers in your market, manage and keep up to date the database of talent, quality and pricing Provide clear costing and time / productive sheets for monthly payments to team and freelancers Drive daily, weekly and monthly communication as per management schedule Minimum Required Monthly Deliverables: Ensure meeting the required communication standards of Communication up to maximum 30 minutes during working day from 9am-7pm on Section 3. Reporting Produce weekly reports on account performance and monthly reporting on trends, observations, numbers and team issues Provide insights when required from Mailman team members as needed for support in client research or new business opportunities Ensure 100% reporting and accuracy on any critical issues within 30 mins of it happening, show responsibility for any mis postings and reporting immediately Minimum Required Monthly Deliverables: Ensure zero mistakes published across all social media account Section 4. Creativity & Local Content Be able to produce local contents which is driven with local insights Able to daily produce local ideas on content topics happening in your market Show a content desire to learn new tips and trends to share with your team and a good understanding of social media in your local market Able to present ideas clearly and effectively to the Operations Director and present local knowledge that can be used for local strategy in your market Endeavor is an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
