วันนี้ - คุณสมบัติพื้นฐาน - งานประจำ- 5 - 12 ปี- กรุงเทพและปริมณฑล- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า- 80,000 - 160,000 บาท/เดือน- หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ As part of the digital transformation strategy, the Corporate Innovation team, CEOs office is looking to bring on an Venture Building Manager who will drive innovation initiatives and activities including establishing venture building program for high potential innovation projects, setting up innovation management system and promoting innovation culture within the organization - Work closely with BUs to understand each BU business models and identify business challenges, obstacles, and any potential new business opportunities - Scout and screen high potential innovation projects including organizing a regular internal innovation challenge or a hackathon within the organization - Develop a policy, set up innovation process and establish venture building program in order to turn an innovation project into a new business or to support existing businesses - Setup and manage innovation management system to consolidate all innovation projects within the organization - Establish and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders - Support and develop a strong innovation culture within the organization คุณสมบัติ - 5+ years of experience working in corporate innovation team or involving in venture building program - Previous experience on being a startup founder - Knowledge and interest in AgriTech, FoodTech, SustainTech or OperatingTech is a plus - Fluent in Thai and English - Must have strong verbal and written communication skills - Must have strong relationship and people management skills - Advanced MS office: especially PowerPoint and some advanced excel - Like challenges, working in a team and embraces change in a new environment. - Positive energy, friendly and ready to innovate an organization ดูคุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม - สวัสดิการ - Life insurance - การฝึกอบรมและพัฒนาพนักงาน - ทำงานสัปดาห์ละ 5 วัน - ประกันสังคม - ประกันสุขภาพ - ประกันอุบัติเหตุ - โบนัสประจำปี ดูสวัสดิการเพิ่มเติม
