Monitor market trends, identify opportunities, and adjust strategies accordingly. - ** Stakeholder Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including suppliers, partners, government authorities, and local communities. Ensure clear communication and alignment on business objectives. - ** Operational Excellence**: Implement efficient operational processes to optimize resource utilization, inventory management, and cost control.
