Creative Content Team Lead (Assistant Manager Level)

• Develop Quarterly and Yearly content strategies across all channels (social media, website, advertising, email), covering the entire funnel (Awareness, Conversion, Retention).

• Define and maintain the brand voice, visual language, and messaging hierarchy to ensure consistency across all teams.

• Manage a real-time content calendar, integrating insights from Ads and Analytics teams.

• Oversee production of all content formats, including short-form video, UGC, livestreams, and 360° campaigns (both in-house and with agencies).

• Continuously optimize content performance using A/B testing and advertising results.

• Coach and mentor Copywriters, Designers, and Editors to deliver fast, high-quality work, leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney) to boost productivity.

• Collaborate closely with KOLs and Ads teams to identify “Winning Content” and scale it effectively.

• Proven portfolio demonstrating that your content has driven sales or measurable conversions.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in creative fields, preferably in Beauty or FMCG industries.

• Strong understanding of brand systems and tone of voice, with the ability to translate them into actionable guidelines.

• Proficiency with creative and collaboration tools (Adobe CC, Figma, Canva, CapCut, Notion, Slack)

• Excellent Communication skills in both Thai and English, with strong cross-team collaboration ability.

• Growth mindset with a “Test, Learn, Scale” approach.
