Handling customer complaint, Regular quality data control, Cooperation for new projects, Investigation of internal failure 2. Coordinator with concern department when have customer complaint or quality issue. 3. Supplier failure analysis and find the solution how to preventive and corrective action included Bosch plant to plant issue. 4. Investigate parts (0-km claim, Internal Failure, and other Failure parts) 5. Quality improvement (14Value Stream Quality Basic Activity) 6. IQIS management control and tracking. 7. Prepare PPAP document to customer including new customer 8. Shop floor management (5S implementation, Associate developments, Coordinator) 9. New project management. 10. To support ED Global quality improvement as request (Quality In-process Control Meeting, Internal Defect Cost reduction project) **Qualifications**: - B.A. Degree of Industrial Engineer or Relative field - Having experience more than 5 years in automotive management manufacturing or related fields - Quality Management System (QMS) has been trained for basic of ISO/TS 16949, IATF16949 and ISO14001 - Good command in English (Reading, Speaking and Listening) - Computer skill for MS-Office - Core Tools in QMS also trained for APQP, FMEA & Control Plan, MSA, SPC, PPAP and VDA,CSRs
