Job Responsibilities:
- Support Superior to build long term, trusting relationships with key client contacts by gaining in depth knowledge of their business, requirements and support team to ensure excellence execution and provide value added reporting.
- Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timeline and SLA (Service Level Agreement)
- Work closely with Superior to manage communication between clients, operations team and internal team
- Resolving the clients issue and complaints timely and productive manner by working closely with Superior and internal team
- Prepare quarterly/monthly/weekly report on responsible clients and prepare presentation which provide value added insight for the clients
- Recommend improvements or process enhancements to improve team productivity and cost efficiency
- Research online and offline for relevant market data and insights to add value to the operations execution and reporting
- Help Superior in identifying opportunities to grow business with key clients
- Maintain records of all transactions and contacts with clients and ensure administration and support services delivered to business operations in accordance to agreed service level standards
- Collate, document and prepare reports on budget, cost control administration and support services delivered
- Manage invoicing and payment collection process to ensure on-time and accurate invoicing and payment (per contract details) or in case of additional add-on service.
Qualifications:
- Graduated Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Business Studies, Marketing, Economics or a related fields
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Demonstrate strong understanding of clients' industry/business/products
- Demonstrate client management and project management skills
- Demonstrate customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate basic analytical skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrate basic experience in analyzing data and understanding business implications
- Fluency in English both written and spoken
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools: Microsoft Office
