**ลักษณะงาน**:

• Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
• Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations.

Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes

• Plan and coordinate the development of primary and secondary market research studies in support of strategic planning and specific marketing initiatives
• Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes
• Interpret, evaluate and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making

• Identify problems with a business, including through using data analytics -Communicate with senior people in organizations to find out what they hope to achieve -Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports -Design, modify, create business process to implement business transformation solutions -Provide financial analysis and scenario to enable decision making for new business opportunities, productivity initiatives -Partner with creative teams on new business assignments to confidently present and prototype new ideas -Develop financial benchmarking analysis for the business -Provide ad-hoc analysis and support as required

**คุณสมบัติ**: - Age 28 - 35 years old - Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/IT discipline, MBA preferred - At least 5 years - Ability to work independently and with others - Strong analytic skill and communication skills are must-have traits - Digital and technology skills experience strongly preferred
