Debt Collector/ Customer Support Representative

**Responsibilities**: - Handling 70+ calls per day with consumers. - Negotiating and convincing them to pay their outstanding payments. - Successfully closing 25% of the calls. **Requirements**: - Familiar with verbal and written English communication. - Ability to handle irate consumers in a professional way. - Previous experience in a contact center. - Native language speaker.
