**We go beyond the obvious, using intelligence, passion and creativity to inspire new thinking and shape the world we live in.**:**To start a career that is out of the ordinary, please apply...**: **Job Details**: - Manage timelines, supplier commissioning at a project level, which includes using internal project management software. - Monitor the hours budgeted and used by departments at a project level and assist at an overall level to ensure projects are managed efficiently. - Run Project Review Meetings and document project learnings. - Compiles project specific learnings and assist in the overall reporting of project learnings. - Starts to contribute to company development, such as new approaches, improvements to company efficiencies. - Starting to provide clear, accurate and timely cost estimations to CS for up to mid-level complexity projects and start to do costs for other/mixed methodologies and more complex projects. - Starting to become involved in Project Planning Meetings to discuss and recommend the appropriate and most cost effective project design (prior to cost estimation request or when cost estimation request has been received but further clarification is needed). - Starting to act as a consultant to CS on an ongoing basis regarding cost drivers, project efficiency and best practice for projects. - Helps to ensure that the needs of clients/CS are being met and that they are receiving appropriate levels of service for cost requests and timelines prior to commissioning. - Completes timesheets accurately and on time - Thoroughly gets to know own team, account teams, other departments and suppliers. - Has a clear and thorough understanding of the PM departments processes and responsibilities. - Supports other team members in order to maximize team efficiency and promotes/builds good working relationships. - Completes Kantar Connect responsibilities on time - Tracking, monitoring and analyzing supplier costs, including questioning costs which do not seem correct and starting to advise CS how to utilize suppliers in the most cost efficient way at a project level. - Negotiate best price with suppliers **Location** Bangkok, Rajanakarn BuildingThailand **Kantar Rewards Statement** At Kantar we have an integrated way of rewarding our people based around a simple, clear and consistent set of principles.
