Overall, being a great English teacher here at SPIP requires a combination of knowledge, skills, and qualities that work together to create an environment that inspires and motivates our students to reach their full potential. **Responsibilities**: - Planning and delivering engaging and effective English lessons to secondary school students - Creating and implementing lesson plans in accordance with the schools curriculum - Preparing and marking assignments, tests, and exams - Providing timely feedback and support to students to help them improve their skills and achieve their learning objectives - Collaborating with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment - Participating in extracurricular activities such as school events, trips, and clubs **Requirements**: - Bachelors degree in English or a related field - Teaching certification and/or a relevant postgraduate qualification (e.g. PGCE, QTS, etc.) - Experience teaching English at the secondary school level in a British curriculum school - Strong command of the English language - Ability to plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience working with EAL learners is an advantage - Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive learning environment. Satit Prasarnmit International Programme (SPIP) is one of the most prestigious educational institutes in Thailand, following the National Curriculum in England and Wales, with all instruction in English. SPIP remains the only Satit (demonstration) school in Thailand to offer IGCSE and A-Level qualifications. Over the past sixty years, the Prasarnmit Demonstration School (secondary) has been widely recognised as an institution of considerable quality and this has led to the high standard quality of SPIP as well. SPIPs academic programme is primarily structured for students who wish to enter universities abroad or outstanding international programmes at Thai Universities. SPIP is accredited by the Thai Ministry of Education (MOE) which recognises the SPIP diploma as equivalent to the Thai secondary school certificate as a Cambridge International Centre, accredited by Cambridge International Examinations, SPIP is eligible to conduct Cambridge IGCSE and A-level examinations and Cambridge Checkpoint tests.
