Executive Assistant & Project Operations Office

The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and organised Executive Assistant & Project Operations Office to join our talented team at GREMR Co., Ltd. This full-time role will be based in Bangkok and is integral to supporting our client services and operations. In this position, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative and project coordination support to ensure the smooth running of our agency.

Executive Assistance - Key Responsibilities

  • Providing executive-level administrative support, including diary management, scheduling appointments, arranging travel, and coordinating meetings

  • Assisting with the planning and execution of client campaigns and projects

  • Managing project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables

  • Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration

  • Maintaining and updating project documentation, reports, and other records

Influencer Marketing Operations - Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, evaluate, and build a database of suitable Influencers/KOLs aligned with campaign objectives.

  • Coordinate with Influencers throughout the process, including outreach, negotiation, and contract management.

  • Collaborate in planning, managing, and executing Influencer Marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with business goals.

  • Monitor content deliverables, posting schedules, and overall campaign timelines to secure timely execution.

  • Collect, analyze, and summarize campaign performance data to generate reports (KPI, engagement, ROI).

  • Stay up to date with social media and Influencer Marketing trends to enhance campaign strategies and execution.

Supporting the operations team with general office duties and administrative tasks as required

What Were Looking For

  1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar executive assistant or project coordination role, preferably within an advertising, marketing, or creative agency environment

  2. Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and clients

  4. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  5. Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset

  6. A proactive and adaptable approach to work
