**Industry**: Manufacturing(Electronics/Semiconductors) - ** Job Description**: - Product: Switch Gear, Control Panel, Power Distribution Panel - Responsible for the assets in the factory are in peak operating condition. - Handle repairs and maintenance at the factory - Install equipments - Report any needed improvements regarding factory facilities - Establish fundamental guidelines for proper machine/equipment operation - Other tasks assigned - **Requirement**: - (Must) - Age 30-50 years old - Bachelors degree in an engineering field - At least 5 years as a Facility Maintenance for factories - L4: Conversational English (Adverntage) - Japanese skills - Delivers license - Live close to the office - ** English Level**: Level 4 - Conversational Level - ** Other Language**: English - ** Working Hour**: 8:00 ~ 17:00 - ** Holiday**: - Sat (Twice a month) - Sun - National holidays - ** Benefit**: - Annual BONUS - Social Security Fund - Meal allowance - Transportation allowance - Housing allowance - Travel allowance - Child allowance - Insurance - Company cafeteria - OT - Others
