General Manager Bd&sales

**Industry**: Manufacturing(Other) - ** Job Description**: - Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base both domestic and international market. - Coordinate with Business Development division to introduce new product opportunities for the company. - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. - Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives. - Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations. - Coordinate with General manager to manage market demand and production plan. - Prepare sales reports and sign off on their accuracy before submitting the report to the committee. - ** Requirement**: - Men or Female with ages of 45 up. - Fluently communicate in English. - Fluently in computer skills, being used to using CRM software. - Masters Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. - Strong Experience, at least 10-15 years in Sales, and management level with background in industrial hose, connector, or clamp. - Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director. - Proven sales executive experience, meeting, or exceeding targets. - Ability to communicate verbal and non-verbal and writing, present and influence all levels of the organization. - Strong in Critical Thinking and Problem Solving Skills - ** English Level**: Level 3 - Business Level - ** Other Language**: None - ** Working Hour**: 8.30 ~ 17.15 - ** Holiday**: - Mon - Fri 08.30-17.15 - Sat 08.30 - 15.00 twice a month - ทำเดือนล่ะ 2 เสาร์ สามารถเลือกได้ ว่าจะหยุดหรือทำเสาร์ไหน - National Holidays - ** Benefit**: - Bonus 1.5-2 months - Group Health Insurance/OPD/IPD - Social insurance - Other allowance - Salary Adjustment - Aannual leaves 6 days
