Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Global Partnerships Manager / Director to lead and expand our global franchise network and identify new business opportunities. This role is responsible for building long-term relationships with international partners, negotiating high-impact deals, and driving growth through strategic alliances and franchising models. The ideal candidate is commercially minded, entrepreneurial, and skilled at working across cultures and business environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Franchise Development & Management

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard franchise partners in strategic global markets
- Define and implement franchise models, guidelines, and operational standards
- Ensure franchisees comply with brand and qualify standards
- Monitor performance and support franchisee growth with training and development plans
- Strategic Partnerships & Alliances
- Build and manage relationships with global partners across various industries
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements that drive brand expansion and revenue
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams on contract execution and compliance
- Maintain a robust pipeline of potential partners and opportunities
- New Business Development
- Identify and assess new business models and growth areas aligned with company strategy
- Lead market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility studies for new initiatives
- Build business cases for investment in new markets, products, or services
- Launch pilot projects or joint ventures with external partners
- Cross-functional Leadership
- Work closely with marketing, operations, finance, and product teams to ensure successful implementation of partnerships
- Bachelors degree or above in business international relations or related field, MBA preferred
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in international business development, franchising or strategic partnerships
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Results-driven and comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Excellent communication skills (both English and Thai).
- Willingness to travel international as required
