Head of Engineering

To continue our momentum, were now looking for a new Head of Engineering to lead our growing team of 50+ engineers across Web, Backend, and Mobile at Seven Peaks. Youll be part of the leadership team for our Digital Products business unit, working closely with Heads of several departments (Delivery, QA, Product, Design, and Solutions Architecture) to build world-class digital products.

This is a high-impact role where youll shape the structure, standards, and future of our engineering function, including how we integrate AI into all phases of product development.

What Youll Do

• Lead and grow cross-functional engineering teams across multiple technologies

• Drive technical excellence, modern development practices, and AI adoption

• Build an inclusive, high-performance engineering culture focused on learning and delivery

• Work closely with other departments to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery

• Own engineering processes, hiring, performance, and governance metrics

• Stay technically involved through architecture discussions, mentoring, and technical reviews

• Represent engineering in presales and technical discussions when needed

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience leading diverse engineering teams at scale

• Strong technical background with confidence in modern architectures and delivery models

• Passion for team growth, mentoring, collaboration and continuous improvement

• Comfortable driving cross-functional collaboration with Product, QA, Delivery, and others

• Strong interest in how AI can enhance software development

• Fluent English communication skills

• Background in consulting or client-facing environments is a plus
