Browse our People team openings to see how you can make an impact with us. - Conducts weekly meetings with Operations Lead - Conducts exit interview for all ground staffs and analyze reason of leaving (deep down to Hub Level) - Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate. - Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HRBP group to develop solutions, programs and policies. - Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. - Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations. - Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation. - Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training/coaching programs to ensure success. - Drive HR initiatives and projects - Support the organization of new employee orientation, on-boarding program. - Performs other related duties as assigned. **Requirements**: - Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field - At least 3 years experienced in Human Resource and experience with HRBP preferred - Good interpersonal, communication, problem solving and negotiation and data analytical skills - Ability to work successfully in a dynamic environment - Capability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively to all employees at all levels of the organization - Must be able to work in a fast-paced demanding, change management and a challenging environment - Good team work and can do attitude - Experienced in MS Excel, Google suite is preferred - Willing to travel to upcountry when required - Good command of English
