Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver technical training programs aligned with job requirements.

• Ensure employees gain necessary technical skills to meet performance standards.

• Coordinate training on Industry 4.0 concepts, technologies, and practices.

• Design and manage comprehensive training programs addressing both individual and organizational needs.

• Conduct training needs assessments to align with company objectives.

• Monitor employees learning progress and certification of technical skills.

• Plan and execute reskilling and upskilling initiatives to support changing job demands.

• Support and coordinate training for cross-departmental and external collaboration projects.

• Organize and supervise structured on-the-job training (OJT) programs. 

Qualification

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in human resources, specifically in training and development.

• ***Good English Communication***, and able to online meeting with Foreign colleagues***

• Knowledge of data visualization, ***Basic of Power BI***, Excel, Data summarize.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to design and implement training programs effectively.

• Understanding of technical competencies, Industry 4.0 trends, and training methodologies.

• Proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks and projects.
