IT Operations Team Lead

Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities: - Responsible for BKK infrastructure system operations and support processes supporting business critical services. - Manage vendors who provides support for BKK Data Center rooms to make sure the system operations and support goes smoothly. - Engineer solutions and define tasks for effective and timely operational monitoring, support, change and recovery - Provides hands on solution expertise for complex change, support and recovery queries and issues - Implements monitoring for agreed SLIs and acts to remediate when these are at risk - Follows ITSM processes and overall operations framework to maintain service levels defined by SLAs and SLOs - Collaborates with other teams and their experts to manage technical interactions related to service or function - Shares knowledge and trains team on in-scope operational processes and technology - Contributes to technical exchanges with suppliers during incident response and solution/change definition - Develops automation and orchestration of change for systems in scope - Defines and performs configuration changes from reference documents. Qualifications & Experience: - Relevant knowledge / skill to bachelors degree level - Demonstrable experience in ops, support and change in a business critical / regulated environment - Practical experience leading teams of technical specialists - Significant technical expertise in operating and supporting a relevant technology domain - Demonstrably skilled in managing time critical incident and system recovery (crisis) situations. - Experience contributing to post incident analysis and reviews, retrospectives and blame free post mortems.
