IT Support
**IT Support Engineer (1-year contract)** **Roles and Responsibilities** - Provide technical support to internal business users in a professional and friendly manner. - To troubleshoot and support end users on Laptop and iPad for both software and hardware - Install and configure new PC hardware and software on desktops, laptops and peripherals such as phones, printers, external drives and other related hardware. - Perform profile migrations for Windows PCs and Laptops. - Manage IT assets & inventories - Working on daily ServiceDesk tickets and accountability for ServiceDesk performances while ensuring a smooth operation, that SLAs are being fulfilled and business user are happy with the support they are receiving. - Participate in the management of infrastructure and systems across all sites with respect to requirements and recommendations from global and regional IS teams. **Roles and Responsibilities** - Working on daily helpdesk tickets and SLAs are being fulfilled and ensuring business user are satisfied with the support received on daily basis. - Follow up with user to ensure their issues are resolve - Monitor, diagnose, and escalation of IT problems - Conduct remote support and troubleshooting - Install, configure, troubleshoot, repair PC and end user devices - setting up user accounts and profiles on the network and managing profile migrations for Windows computers. - To troubleshoot and support end users on Laptop and iPad for both software and hardware - Provide operational support for global and regional IS and infrastructure team - Maintaining inventories of IT assets - installing updates, patches for anti-virus, computers, etc. **Qualifications and Experience**: - Bachelors degree or Diploma in IT - Minimum 2-3 year experience and working knowledge in Information Technology - Working knowledge in PC hardware, iPads, iPhones, Printer, and networking equipment **General skills**: - Understand and able to communicate in English - Excellent team player - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills - High flexibility and dedication - Good interpersonal skills. - Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues. - Ability to think critically. **Salary**: ฿20,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: - กรุงเทพมหานคร: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - Technical support: 2 years (required) - Networking: 1 year (preferred) **Language**: - English (required)
