Key Account Executive / Manager

Strategically plan varying approaches to manage different types of customers by developing a thorough understanding of customer positioning, products/services, and needs and requirements; and preparing customized solutions and communication to deliver personalized experiences - Proactively build, grow and maintain connections with clients and ensure high engagement and satisfaction on a regular basis - Negotiate renewals, upsell and cross -sell product add-on - Work as a thinking business partner and advisor to clients with the ambition to drive customer success, linking our customers and our partners in discovering new opportunities to work together for mutual benefit - Act as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams - Work together with Sales team to better prospect and understand customers to more effectively sell products and services - Manage day-to-day client communication and ensure smooth execution of on-going projects - Communicate and build strong working relationships clients C-Suites, executives and staff across all levels - Document all interactions with customers and share findings, flag issues, customer feedback with related teams for continuous improvement - Report account progress, goals, and forecasts to internal stakeholders **Requirements**: - 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, and/or Account Management (experience in SaaS/Consulting/Tech a huge plus) - Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or tech-related fields - Excellent communicator with the ability to build rapport and trust with key clients executives - Ability to multitask and handle multiple client accounts - Strong negotiation, value-based selling, and leadership skills - High customer service skills and patience when handling tough cases - Excellent command of Thai and English both written and verbal - Have a customer-centric mindset - Eager to learn, self-driven, and welcome challenges with a positive attitude - Excellent strategic planning, analytical, time management skills **Benefits** - Competitive Salary - Flexible working hour - Work from home - Group health insurance - Mental Wellness Service - You pick your equipment (Mac / Windows) - Grab Food and Grab Transportation - Free snacks & drinks (at the office) - Pay 100% for Job-related Training Courses - Free language course and certificate fee
