Systems Development Management - Identifies and manages the resources necessary for project implementation - Advise key business users and across IT team on the impact of new functionality and opportunities for business improvement. - Provide technical advice and guidance to project stakeholders also manage stakeholders expectation. - Evaluates software solutions and innovations to determine the best fit for business Team Lead - Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship - Monitors and reports on the progress of development projects, ensuring that projects are delivered as planned - Guide practical solution design under the technical direction of the system/service designer - Motivate team member to design and development according to DevOps culture
