Mall Planning & Design (Fixed Term)

BA in Architecture or Interior Design. 5 years of experience in Retail business. Experience in layout design, space management. Key Responsibility. To manage Mall Design program according to overall development program. To develop a mall planning layouts to maximize customer flows and visibilities and optimize the leasing space to maximize the income. To design a good mall environment and communicate with tenants to design their shops to meet with Lotuss international standards. To create good shopping mall environment and good shopping satisfaction to customers by develop a good layouts to maximize the customer flows and work with leasing team for the right tenants and arranging appropriate tenant mix to serve customers needs. To support, coordinate, and liaise between tenants and our Lotuss related functions (such as construction team, leasing team, and etc.) with tenants design and construction requirements. To catch up with new shopping mall trend and opportunity to upgrade our existing malls in term of range offers. To maximize utilization of mall space. To have a meeting with tenants in order to share best practices and knowledge, to understand and solve tenants issues with construction team on how to deliver the space within a timely manner. Qualifications. Bachelor s degree in Interior /Architect. At least 5 years experience in shopping mall. Have an experience in layout design, space management and facility management. Have an Architectural/ Interior Design skill. **Cross functional skill**: planning and /or project management skills are preferable. Good in AutoCAD. SketchUP program is a plus.
