Manager, Business Continuity Management

Assist BCM team head to develop short-term and long-term Business Continuity Management strategies and programs for UOB (Thai) that align with UOB Groups strategy in response to the organizational challenges and as well as regulations requirements. Assist BCM team head to achieve the established goals and strategy. Provide BCM training and advice to the business units on the development of Business Continuity Plans and Strategies. Facilitate the BCP Exercises for all business units. Assist BCM team head to support Recovery Director and BCM Task Force in the Crisis Management during the disaster. Facilitate all Critical Business Units for alternate sites and sufficient facilities in the event of disaster. Develop, document and maintain BCM related documents. Bachelors in IT or Business Admin and/or other related. Professional certification related to BCM is an advantage. Minimum 2 years of experience in business continuity management, with at least 1 year in Banking operations. Experience in the implementation of all activities in Business Continuity Management life cycle (e.g. Business Continuity Risk Assessment, Business Impact Analysis, Business Continuity Plan Development, etc.). Written, Oral communication and presentation skills in both Thai & English. Interpersonal, Analytical, Evaluative, and Problem-solving ability skills are essential.
