Marketing Operations Associate

Our purpose is to positively reshape the way food is produced and transform the in-home dining experience of tomorrow. **Key Responsibilities** Support marketing campaigns strategy and execution: - Set up menu, promotions and ads on aggregator platforms - Ensure consistence on marketing execution - Work with aggregator contact persons to coordinate marketing campaigns and executions - Support marketing team on marketing strategy and planning brainstorming - Support marketing research on customer and competitor benchmarking Improve customer satisfaction: - Monitoring and tracking customer feedback on social media channels - Provide updates with marketing team on customer feedback and propose action plan to solve the problems - Perform trend analysis and drive improvements in customer satisfaction **Requirements**: - Preferable to be able to start work immediately - Customer-oriented with a pleasant disposition - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint) - A team player, proactive independent individual
