THA Salary Full Time 5 Days Work Week / Annual Vacations / Provident Fund / Health and Life Insurance / Social Security / Uniforms / Duty Meal Position Overview Responsible for proper operation and maintenance all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, kitchen, and ancillary equipment, including fittings throughout the hotel are working satisfactorily. The Role Repairs and maintains all mechanical, electrical equipment in good working order throughout the hotel. Repairs and maintains pool system, supply lines and ancillary fittings in good working order. Fabricates steel ladders, gates, shelves, cabinets, false ceiling, garden light fittings, brackets and steel conduits, etc. Services, repairs and adjusts glass sliding doors and fittings and all mechanical and metal fittings. Ensures the kitchen and associated equipment is working properly and efficiently during course of duties. Checks and records in a log book, including the quality of machine. Carries out all repairs as may be necessary during the shift. Carries out any job assignments as and when required by the Management. Carries out shift duties, split shift or when called upon to perform odd duties whenever a person of the same category trade falls sick, is absent from duty or time to time as directed by superiors. Responsible for proper operation of physical plant and all engineering facilities of the entire property in accordance with established policies and procedures, maintenance program and operation schedule. Responsible for proper execution of reparation and established maintenance program. Responsible for keeping accurate operating logs according to established policy and procedure. Responsible for order and cleanliness of engineering areas throughout the Hotel. Responsible for ensuring that all safety rules and regulations are adhered to. Attend Engineering staff meetings regularly. Perform shift work and attend Sunday duty if deemed necessary. To be on call for any breakdown of engineering facilities on a 24-hour basis. Follow all other instructions / rules and regulations that may be issued by the superior. Talent Profile Minimum High School in science or electrical and certified as electrician by authority. Attended First Aid, CPR, firefighting training and on the job training in generators, low and medium voltage electricals, transformers, control of power house, RO Plant, STP, etc. Hotel & Resort background with minimum two (2) years as an electrician / technician. Experiences of doing maintenance of electrical system, electronic controls, substation, transformer, lighting, fire alarm system, etc. Good command in written and spoken English. Good computer literacy especially Microsoft Office. Friendly and active. Familiar with mechanical tools. Experience in mechanical system, BAS, CCTV, AV System, SMATV, PABX, IT
