Join us to embark on our vision in providing the best payment services in Asia. **Role Purpose** Provides leadership to mobile development and support functions, which make up the project and product delivery. **Responsibilities** - Accountable for the successful execution of mobile projects and products including support and maintenance releases, minor functional releases and major releases. - Keep up to date with the emerging technologies, concepts and best practices. - Working on an estimation for an assigned project and products / come up with pros and cons with all possible technical approaches. - Implements and acts as a role model for a work culture that promotes development and retention of high quality staff. - Implements a customer-aware culture for their team, ensuring close working relationships with other teams. - Encourages two-way communication with staff, peers, business partners, and other stakeholders. - Working on the POC for emerging technologies and coming up with proposals in order to compare pros and cons. - Leads and manages the day-to-day activities of their team including supporting career development of the team (objective setting, performance management, etc.). **Qualifications**: **Qualification** - Bachelors in engineering, computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or a similar degree. - 3+ years of experience working as Mobile Development Manager. - Experience in developing UI/UX - Proficient knowledge of flutter, native languages development for both of iOS and Android. - Good command in English - Excellent communication and reporting skills. - Good analysis and troubleshooting skills. - A good understanding of agile software development.
