Mobile Technical Manager
**รายละเอียดงาน***: Primary Objectives / Job Purpose: The key responsibility of this position is to ensure accurate and timely transfer of technical knowledge from the customer. Additionally, the role will be responsible for ensuring correct performance of technical tasks by the operations team on an ongoing basis, ensuring the entire unit is operating on the same standard process. Training is also a critical part of this job to ensure technicians productivity is continuously improving with a focus on best practices and lean operations. **Responsibilities**: 1. Understanding and liaising with customer for the SOP and Process flow for every process and product 2. Ensure that the SOP and Process flow as provided by the customer is accurately translated to local understandable language and standards 3. Training every technician to bring them to the standards required by the customer as per the SOP and Process Flow 4. Prepare and submit reports timely, on regular intervals as required by Customer and/or QSL management 5. Support the Business head in all day-to-day activities related to the technical aspects of the business 6. Review all technical related KPI of the customer and QSL and prepare a detailed analysis on the achievements and corrective action on non-achievements 7. Attend regular meetings with the customer in regard to technical review and technology transfer initiatives 8. Work collaboratively with the Business head and other internal stakeholders to ensure full compliance to the customers - technical and process requirement 9. Proactively provide constructive and developmental feedback to Customer as well as QSL Employees to make this a very strong entity. Background: Technology Industry. Preferably from Service or manufacturing background 3. Language Skill: Excellent to very good in written and spoken English and fluent in Thai 4. Computer Skill: Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft office suite, particularly using Excel formulas, functions, and pivot tables. 5. Other skills: Knowledge and experience with project management and/or New Product Introduction and Change management will be of advantage 6. You: You will be a good communicator at all levels and be able to gain and command respect of the internal team, senior management and customer alike.
