The Operational Excellence Manager will be responsible for implementing global policies across all manufacturing departments to ensure alignment with the global strategy.

Description

• Lead the implementation of global operational excellence policies across all manufacturing departments to ensure alignment with company strategy.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to understand new initiatives and translate them into actionable plans at the local level.
• Monitor and track key performance indicators related to safety, quality, cost, and delivery to drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure consistency and standardisation of processes throughout the organisation.
• Support training and development programs aimed at building a culture of operational excellence and sustainability.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and lead problem-solving initiatives to optimise productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with global standards on sustainability, safety, and quality across all sites.

Profile

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Extensive experience in operational excellence, continuous improvement, or manufacturing management within the FMCG sector; experience in the food industry is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change in a global organisation.
• Fluent in English.
