Operations Manager

Our client is one of the most trusted logistics partners in Thailand thanks to our unique experience of the region as well as inherent strengths in global trade. **Responsibilities** The Operations Manager will directly to the Warehouse Manager and will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Being responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a warehouse or project and ensuring efficient and effective storage, retrieval, and shipment of goods. - Developing and implementing warehouse policies and procedures and establishing operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency. - Managing the storage of goods, including receiving, storing, and retrieving products, and maintaining accurate inventory records. - Overseeing the maintenance of the warehouse facility, including equipment, lighting, and climate control systems. - Coordinating the distribution of goods, including preparing and shipping orders, and overseeing the safe loading and transportation of products. - Managing and motivating a team of warehouse workers, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. - Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including safety standards, environmental laws, and labor laws. - Negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships with suppliers, customers, and transportation providers. - Analyzing data and implementing cost-saving measures, such as optimizing space utilization, reducing inventory levels, and streamlining processes." - Collaborating with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse. **Qualifications** - Have a bachelors degree in logistics or a related field, as well as several years of experience in warehouse or project operation positions, particularly in the logistics industry. - Male only - Age, older than 40 years old - Bachelors degree in logistics or other related field. - over 10 years in logistics
