Job Purpose The Operations Analyst who can review operational processes and make a variety of recommendations for improving efficiency and productivity. The incumbent will balance between driving critical initiatives (60%) and tracking operational performance to make recommendations to executive management about enhancing business processes and improvement quality of operation (40%). Business As Usual - Monitor and analyze operational performance and root cause analysis on shortfalls to provide insight and improvement opportunities - Develop corrective actions and provide written and oral presentations to management on operational performance and issues - Liaise with Operations managers to track all open issues, follow up and report issues status Operational Initiatives - Work on cross-functional teams to develop new process, implement operational improvement, and execute on projects - Analyze business processes and model sophisticated problems and operational scenarios to develop business requirements - Develop business cases with cost benefit analysis to managementImplement tracking mechanisms and performance scorecards - Produce an ongoing set of reports to communicate the progress of responsible critical initiatives and quantify the financial implications of proposed strategies and recognize budget impact
