**Operator, Telecommunications Services**: - PTTEP Services Limited**Job Purpose**: **_Operator, Telecommunication Services_** providing 24/7 assistance on communication in case of emergency. Including receives and handles incoming calls, messages, information, etc. and transfers to the appropriate person/department. The job holder acts as a focal point of contact for the Company. **Key Accountabilities**: - Able to shift work to support 24/7 operations. - For emergency incident/situation, support on call Emergency Management Team members as well as provide assistance in telecommunication to key operation site representatives. - For emergency incident/situation, support on Incident notification to relevant management. - Encourage staff to follow the Company Emergency Response Procedure via telecommunication services. - Participate in the meeting to prepare for emergency i.e. crisis exercise. - Act as a focal point of contact for the Companys central phone number to receive and answer incoming calls in a professional manner. **Professional Knowledge & Experiences**: - Certificate or diploma in any fields. - Good interpersonal skills required. - Good command of spoken English. - Have service-mind with pleasant personality. - Ability to solve unexpected problem in an appropriate manner. - Ability to handle and respond during emergency situations. - Good knowledge of the Company and its activities. **Work Location**: Bangkok - Resident
